The staff at the hotel suggest a place for lunch where we can have authentic
food. They book us a table at Ristorante Alle due corti and off we go to explore
  the wonders of Lecce.

At lunch we are overwhelmed by the hospitality we received from Roselba and
Daniello De Carlo. The authentic cooking coupled with the charm of the restaurant
and its owners make it a meal to remember. Kevin experiences for the first time
real Italian home-style cooking and, more importantly, the passion of the local
people. They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and this is
living proof. Kevin is so taken by the signora and the vast quantities of delicious
goodies she keeps bringing from the kitchen, it seemsat one point he is going
to divorce me on the spot and eat forever at Roselba's.
